Use menu option Sources | Customer Invoices | Enter when the Customer Invoices module has been purchased.
This opens the Customer Invoices list window. Here you can see previously entered invoices. Click the 'Detail' icon in the Toolbar or press F3 to open the Customer Invoices detail window.
Navigate to an invoice for the same Customer and click the 'Copy Document' icon in the detail window to make a copy of the invoice ready for the new invoice data to be entered. Saves on data entry.
A message is given with the new Customer Invoice document number.
The window shows the new record. Notice that this invoice has not been posted to the Ledger yet. Enter invoice data for printing and posting to the Ledger.
You can enter invoice lines in a foreign currency when required.
Use the 'Add Line' button to create additional invoice lines.
When complete click the 'printer' icon.

You can now print the invoice/credit note and even e-mail it via Outlook.

When printing is complete click the 'green tick' icon to post the invoice to the Ledger.
A confirmation message is given with the Ledger Journal number.
The Ledger Journal number used in the posting is now shown on the Customer invoice which is now blocked for editing and from being posted (again).
Use menu option Ledger | Reporting | By Journal to review the Ledger entry.
This opens the Posted Journal window showing the journal lines.
Instead of copying an existing document, use the 'Add new record' icon in the Toolbar to create a new Customer invoice record.
Or, use menu option Records | Add record.
Or, use menu option Records | Add record.
Use the 'New' button next to the Customer attribute to open the Setup Accounts window.
Create a new Customer or amend the details of an existing Customer.
The Accounts records are filtered to only show Customers.

Use menu option Sources | Customer Invoices | View to review data for all Customer Invoices held for the company.
