Users of
ClearSEAs™ may send emails to
RCL with their questions concerning the use of the Software.

This service is provided free of charge to all users of the software.
Users are advised to review these pages before obtaining any other form of support from
RCL.
After the initial 90 days, telephone support of the software may be purchased at:
→ £25.00 (+ VAT) per issue, or
→ £100.00 (+ VAT) for 5 issues.
Both, being payable in advance.
Unfortunately, no guarantee or warranty can be given that your specific issue will be satisfactorily resolved. The fee is payable whatever the outcome. Although,
RCL will do its best, to obtain a mutually satisfactory resolution.
No charge is made if the issue results from a bug in the software.
Telephone support is provided during office hours - 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
ClearSEAs™ introductory training courses are held on a frequent basis priced at £250 (+VAT) per attendee.
